Sextuplet Lambs
We were filled with joy this spring to welcome sextuplet lambs to our farm. Finnsheep are prolific, frequently lambing in litters of 3 or 4, but even for this breed sextuplets are a less than 0.1% occurrence, and they are almost unheard of in other types of sheep. We are so lucky to have all six lambs growing and thriving!

The Leader
Yksi
Yksi is the clear leader of the sextuplets—biggest, strongest, and always first to his feet (and the milk). Confident and steady, he keeps a watchful eye on his siblings and isn’t afraid to take charge when needed.
The Velcro Lamb
Kaksi
Kaksi is the farm’s “Velcro lamb,” a bottle baby from day one who rarely strays far from his humans. Gregarious and affectionate, he's always eager for a cuddle, a snack, or a new friend.
The Mini
Kolme
Kolme may be the smallest of the six, but she makes up for it with pure determination. Feisty and resilient, she holds her own with surprising strength and a spark of bold personality.
The Explorer
Nejla
Nelja is the curious explorer of the group, always investigating whatever catches her eye. Whether climbing hay bales or hopping into buckets, she brings a playful sense of mischief to everything she does.
The Mamma's Lamb
Viisi
Viisi is a devoted mama’s girl, happiest when she’s tucked close beside Teemu. Gentle and affectionate, she can often be found dozing contentedly right on top of her mother.
The Cuddlebug
Kuusi
Kuusi is the definition of cozy—calm, mellow, and deeply content. From her first hours of life, she’s loved nothing more than curling up in a lap and soaking up a good ear scratch.
